Use of warm, hand-held balls, larger fitness balls and other equipment loosens stiff joints and muscles, increases grip strength, finger dexterity and ankle strength. Independent living is out goal i.e. being able to open jars, doors, etc., get up from a chair and avoid falls.

Classes are held seasonally at various centers. Please call 1-610-807-9574 for more information.
